I’ve made these cookies countless times - Particularly to give away at the office or seasonal gifts.

    Steps
- Pre-Heat oven at 375°C, and put some parchment paper over your cookie sheet(s)
- In your mixing bowl, combine the "Wet Mix" ingredients together (Butter, Sugars, egg and vanilla). Beat with a fork until it is uniform in substance.
- Whilst stirring, Incorporate the Dry Mix gradually so that it doesn't become too hard or clumpy. The dough should be soft when properly mixed. Avoid overmixing!
- Add the throw-ins and mix it all up just enough for the content to be spread out evenly
- Place lumps about the size of a teaspoon on your cookie sheets, with at least an inch or two of space in between. OPTIONAL GARNISH: You can sprinkle some cinnamon, cocoa or chunky sugar on top as garnish at this point.
- Bake 8 Minutes and slide the parchment paper with the cookies onto a cool surface. Your cookies may appear 'puffed', let them collapse naturally into a flatter shape.
